World Kitchen/Ekco 1046065 4-piece Measuring Cup Set Our favorite measuring cups here at Vegetarian Clearinghouse. We use them every day, and so often in fact, that we own two sets of measuring cups. They are classic stainless steel, and they have rounded bottoms for easy cleanup. The hole in the handle is great for securing to a dishwasher rack-post to hold them in place.

And if you can find a 1/8-cup or coffee measure in this line, get a couple. It's a great way to measure 2 tablespoons. This is the most-used size at our house.
