Recommended:  Cutco Chef Knife

Here at Vegetarian Clearinghouse, we wouldn't know what to do without our Cutco chef knife. We use it absolutely every day, and it's hands-down the best one we've ever used in our decades of chef-knifing. The blade is sharp, the handle is ergonomic, and the knife is extremely well-balanced.
